Is it heavy enough for dry skin?

It suits normal to dry skin and gives 24-hour moisture retention. If your skin is very dry, layer it over the Hyaluronic Acid 2% Serum.

Can oily skin use it?

Yes, but consider using it in the evening only. The texture is lightweight, but very oily skin may prefer it once a day.

Morning or night?
